Working on perspective

Here's a challenge. Find a beloved, symbolic subject--a church in this case-- and work on realistic perspective.

I love water, moonlight, and trees, partly because you can be free and imprecise. However, showing space and distance with any realism is quite challenging.

And then, how to imbue feeling and significance?
